Aaron helped me with installing a LiftMaster Elite Series 98022 Wall Mount Garage Door Opener to replace my old ceiling-mounted system, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable -- everything you want when someone is working on your home. Aaron walked me through what to expect, answered my questions, and had everything installed and running perfectly in no time. I want to start off by thanking specifically Donald and Nick who came to the scheduled appointment today (12/30) on time (was scheduled between 9-11am, Donald came at 9, Nick shortly after) and worked very hard, took their time providing accurate and precise work. Furthermore, both gentlemen educated me on what they are doing each step of the way and instructed me on how to safely use the garage (trust me, you'd think it's just a garage, but knowing is knowledge) I felt very confident on their work and before they left, they did a thorough check on everything they were working on and made sure everything was correctly done and in working order. It's also very much appreciated that they cleaned up after their work and did not leave any trash behind. Thank you Donald and Nick. You both are great and I would highly recommend both these gentlemen for any work for any home. I also want to further express that this company is very kind, patient and competitively priced - which is the reason I chose them to work on my home (and I am very picky who I work with). Each time I received a call from their office they have been very pleasant to speak with.

After 20 years we needed a new insulated garage door. With my schedule I had no time to call so I emailed two companies the same day to see if they could come to my home an give me an estimate. Maria with Dependable Overhead Door Company contacted me the next morning & said Chris (owner) could meet me & give me estimate the following afternoon. After measuring & asking what specific garage door I wanted he gave me a very reasonable quote on the spot. The other company who I've used my times before over the years didn't contact me until a few days later & when they did & came to my home to give me an estimate they had to take my information back to the office before they give a quote which took another three days. Needless to say Dependable Overhead Door received my business, of which I originally contacted mostly because of their great "Yelp" reviews. So about 10 days later Maria contacted & worked with me to set up the installation date & time. The morning of the installation John (installer) called me 20 minutes prior to his arrival like I had requested. When John arrived he was on time, very friendly, professional & knowledgeable on the questions I asked prior to him starting the install. During the removal & install process he was very gentle with our new door equipment & went out of his way to do an awesome job even with having to relocate some wiring & installing the long heavy duty springs we requested. After completing the install I asked him if he would check & adjust the down force of my garage door opener which he did & he cleaned up everything in my garage area better than it was before he arrived. Thanks so much John! My experience with Dependable Overhead Door Co was completely amazing from start to finish. I have found a new garage door company that I will be using any future needs & recommending to all my friends & family.

We finally received our new garage door. There were some delays from the manufacturer due to Covid-19 but once it was shipped the installation was scheduled and done quickly. The whole process from estimate, ordering and installation went smoothly. Everything was very professional and we are very happy. I highly recommend selecting this company for your garage door.

Our garage door was completely broken, wouldn't open but also wouldn't close all the way either, and the motor was literally dangling from the ceiling! Got a few quotes but felt like these guys were the most professional and had one of the lowest prices. On the day of the new door install, he showed up and started getting to work right away and didn't mind that my little dog Minnie would come see what he was doing every once in a while lol. Left him there to work while I picked up my 5-year-old from school. When we got back my son was so excited to see our new door getting installed. He got his own tools so he could help out. George was so great with him and talked about his own sons and how they like to play with his tools and even let him turn one of the bolts while he supervised. New door looks great, super quiet, and is everything you could ask for in a garage door. Would 100% recommend and my son got to keep a couple wing-nuts as a gift, awesome service, thank you!!!

Highly recommended by a good friend of ours and we were not disappointed. They came out right away to give us a down-to-earth estimate and then managed to get us on their schedule within a few days. We had to have our door, tracks and cable completely replaced as everything had snapped and twisted with the weight of our broken panels sagging. I had George come over and install a garage door and he did a job better than I could believe anyone could ever do. My garage door is unbelievable. You can't even hear the door open and close. I am a parapelgic and without asking he set up everything perfect for my reach. He put the whole thing up by himself and that was no easy job. He went above and beyond what a regular person could do. Fantastic! Honest, professional beautiful work, dependable. Owner Chris came out listened to what I needed gave me suggestions and gave me options, all for free. He gave me the cost right then and there . It was far less than I expected! I had a couple of other estimates but this was by far the best. I called to schedule and order my garage door. I contacted Dependable Garage Solutions early this afternoon and they were able to service my garage door same day. The technician, EVAN, fixed the problem with my door. I tried to sync a new car to the garage door opener and messed everything up to the point none of my other cars, openers or the wall button would work. I cleared out all my frequencies. The BEST customer service! I am a first time home owner and have been in my home about two years now. While away on vacation my garage stopped working and as you can imagen I freaked out. Monday morning I called A dependable door and was instantly at relief with the pleasant and helpful lady that answered the phone, they were able to come out same day and the tech Aaron that came out was super helpful and knowledgeable. beings that I was fresh off vacation I was worried about the price as well and to my surprise it was not as much as I expected. I had called In because I needed help programming 3 new receivers and the door sounded like a bad orchestra every time opening and closing that garage door. A Dependable Door Co installed my replacement garage opener promptly and professionally! The company arranged the soonest scheduled availability, today Dec. 27th, after Christmas holiday when my previous opener (a Craftsman) drive shaft literally broke. Donald, the installer, arrived earlier than scheduled after the office called and verified he could arrive earlier. He promptly assessed the situation, removed the old opener and then efficiently installed the new opener, LiftMaster 85704-267, in satisfactory fashion. He was courteous and respectful in our interaction and always paid attention to the details of the installation! First of all, we got service on our garage door within four hours of contacting their business! The technician, Brandon, repaired the broken spring on our garage door in 20 minutes. During a time when it seems like it's harder to get good service, this company really stands out. Our garage door replacement process was awesome! They quickly sent someone out when we called, we got a very fair bid, they were forthcoming about the timeline (the door manufacturing company took a while but we expected that), and as soon as the doors came in, we had an appt for install. The installers were two of the nicest, friendliest, most respectful workers we've ever had at our house. They did a clean, top notch job, and we're super happy with our new doors. Our technician, Brandon, arrived exactly on time. He was neat, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He installed two new garage door openers in about two hours and when done, he cleaned up the work areas; took the boxes from the new garage door openers and both of the old garage door openers with him in his truck. Walking into the house, I pushed the button to put the garage door down. I heard a loud thud - uh oh - that didn't sound right! The garage door was all wonky! I jumped on Yelp to see what I could find. I decided to call A Dependable Overhead Garage. Maria answered, and I told her what happened. She said they could have someone out to the house within 2 hours!!! John showed up within 2 hours and found that a cable had snapped. He was able to fix that, but also recommended a new garage door. We were able to order the garage door right then and there, and about 2 weeks later it was installed. John also installed the new door, and he was great to work with! Our garage door opener had been broken for over a year, could not afford to fix. Well finances changed and I requested three quotes from three companies. Although pricing was somewhat similar to each other, reason I picked AAA garage door is because, not only did they come same day, they matched competitor pricing and within 30 minutes or so I had a nice, quiet closing garage door opener. Dependable overhead door has installed four doors for me over the last several years. They just came out and did a repair on two doors which they installed eight years ago and did not charge me for it since it was a manufacture error. Chris runs an excellent company they are professional and competitive. I would not go with anyone else and we live up in the Murphy's area so some may think they are too far away but they aren't.

This is a perfect example why Yelp is so helpful to everyone! This "was" a frustrating situation that A Dependable Overhead Garage solved. First of all, several competitors were either way over priced or were unable to provide the service. Based on the price point, communication, follow-through and availability, I went with this company. Scheduling was a breeze. After the initial visit obtaining the necessary information to correct the issue with the garage, the company had to order the correct parts. Upon receipt, the installation was scheduled. Both service technicians or more accurately "garage door engineers" were professional respectful and informative. George arrived on time and got to work. After the install and some adjustments things looked and worked good. The challenge with an older door encompasses it's own issues, however, they knocked it out of the park. I'm very satisfied. If you choose these guys don't forget to tip. After all working outdoors in the heat, smoke and in a pandemic has it's own challenges! Thanks for reading my review.

Update. Overhead Dependable Door Company called me and the owner wanted to come out to look at the garage door opener. After some adjustments I decided to get a new opener so I wouldn't have to deal with the old one not closing or opening. They just finished installing a new belt driven Liftmaster and what a difference. Thanks To Overhead Dependable Door. There customer service is top notch.

My appointment was 3 pm and the service truck came half hour early. Got a new belt drive from A Dependable Overhead Garage and it's super quiet. The installer guy name Brandon was professional and knowledgeable of his work. He even explained everything from how to connect to WiFi to what type of bulbs to use. Always have good service and experience with this business.

This garage door company is awesome! When you call for installation or service they are very helpful and their service people are very knowledgeable and effecient. My daughter hit my garage door with her car. It dented the doors and ruined my chain drive and motor. The worst part of this transaction was Geico insurance. It took over a month to get the money to pay for the services. I have a labral tear on my shoulder and have to wait for surgery they didn't care about sense of urgency. I had to get two quotes. The first one wanted to charge 1000 for just the motor and drive chain, and another $1700 for the doors. I accepted overhead garage door and was thankful for choosing them. When I called and said I have the payment now they immediately set up a date. Raymond was very helpful with our garage installation. He was very friendly and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend him and overhead garage door.

I have bought my doors at several properties I own all thru Chris - A Dependable Overhead Garage. The door at one of my properties has been scraping for awhile and tenant failed to tell me for a long period of time. Chris, the owner, went out and took care of the adjustments and stood by the original work and wouldn't charge me. Chris has always come thru timely and done the right thing every time. Chris and his team are amazing. I had some minor damage to my garage door and was concerned it may not be operating correctly. They came right out. Tightened up the cable and checked the door operation at no cost. This is a trustworthy company I would highly recommend to anyone.

I'm so happy I asked A Dependable Overhead Doors to help me with my LOUD garage door, which needed some major adjustments and maintenance. George came out the day after I requested the quote, did a thorough assessment and some adjustments at that time, but needed one part since my door is somewhat old. I contacted several garage doors companies about fixing my door. Dependable was the first (and only) company to call me. Other companies emailed, but nothing says service like a phone call. The set an appointment and were exactly on time , then inspected the door and suggested checking my documents because it may qualify for a warranty. I couldn't find the documents so they came out a few days later and fixed it! This is an honest and reliable company!!

Our garage door spring broke, during the summer, at my daughter's bday party, the spring caused some other things to mess up. I called this company Monday afternoon, they put us on their schedule for first thing, Tuesday morning. The technician showed up on time, looked at our door, immediately seen the problem and gave is the price, WAY cheaper than what we were thinking lol and got right to work. It probably took him 30 minutes or so to fix it. We are so happy we found this company and definitely recommend them to anyone in need of garage door repair!

I had a couple of companies tell me my door was "shot" and needed to replace it now. George Santiago came out, looked at my door and was able to fix the problem without putting on a new door. Yes, a door will be needed in the future, but not right now when money was a bit tight. The problem was fixed with a simple installation of a bar. I have used A-dependable overhead door for 4 years now. They have installed 2 jack shaft openers on my shop and just replaced the garage door on my house. They are by far one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Today Raymond installed a new garage door on my house. I noticed a couple very small dents. Before I could mention it to him he pointed them out and said not to worry he already took pictures and sent them off to have them replaced under warranty and that he would be back soon to replace them at no cost to me. Rarely do you get customer service like that anymore. I would recommend them to anyone looking for honest, strait forward good service.

Called on Monday afternoon around 4:30 PM, and office staff was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning between 10AM-NOON. Brandon showed up precisely within the scheduled window and immediately got to troubleshooting our garage door opener. In less than 45 minutes, Brandon explained the issue, replaced the wall switch, and successfully reprogrammed the garage door open/close settings. I asked Brandon to re-calibrate the close setting, and he was super friendly with my request. Great job, great response time, and great price. Husband called at 4:30pm and spoke to Chris. He explained the problem and gave him our address. Chris came out on his way home for the day and was able to fix our garage door. So thankful and can't say enough about this company! ***Update*** We got a quote to install a new opener. We called them once the opener arrived and the girl immediately set up an appointment. I highly recommend A-Dependable Overhead Door Co! I called them on a Monday morning and they offered to come out that same afternoon. They gave me a quote over the phone and even recommended replacing both springs as opposed to just the one broken spring as a way to save money. Brandon replaced both springs on our garage door and it couldn't have taken him more than 15:00 to finish the job. He made sure the door was closing properly and even took care of another issue we had with our garage door which was causing the door to not completely open all the way during rainy weather. Brandon was friendly, professional, and did an outstanding job taking care of our problem! From the receptionist who answered my phone call to Brandon, the service technician, I was 100% impressed!!

Brandon arrived exactly on time and after doing a quick check, determined the problem was not the main circuit board I had suspected. I was an electronics tech in Navy during early Vietnam,1964, and have worked in the technical fields until retirement in 2008. To make my long story short, Brandon simply reprogramed my 4 remotes and solved the problem. He could easily have sold me an unneeded main board and then reprogrammed my remotes. Having A Dependable Overhead Door Company install my garage door was a very fortunate circumstance. I did not actually select them-I purchased a garage door from Home Depot and this company was their contracted installer. First, their office is great about contacting you and following up to set up appointments. Chris, the owner, did my site inspection and was knowledgeable about what he was looking at (I was almost the last original wood garage door in my neighborhood) and he was able to answer all my questions. Later his office was able to answer all my follow up questions which was very reassuring. Installation day, Raymond and Chris did the installation and I was impressed that they completed all the steps of the installation (which included a lead containment for the original door) exactly according to the time that Chris originally estimated. I'm also very glad to have gotten the morning installation I asked about so I got the rest of the day to move everything back in. Noise and debris was kept to a minimum and by all accounts the installation seemed to go very smoothly. I'm very happy to have had a very service oriented company like A Dependable Overhead Door Company do my installation and will seek them out for any additional work I might need in the future. We chose this company because they had great reviews on Yelp and we were not disappointed. The front office was super responsive and easy to contact. We got our estimate in a few hours and scheduled the install for a week later. Our house is 27 years old so when the garage door broke, we decided it was time to upgrade. We selected doors with windows and insulation. Raymond showed up ahead of schedule with everything he needed. He was very personable and professional. The install went flawlessly and, in hindsight, no mess left behind. When my wife got home after the doors were installed, we realized that the clearance was a little close for comfort so I called the office. Raymond was back within an hour with a smile on his face and he adjusted the door to provide a comfortable clearance. My door had a unexplainable malfunction that caused the cable to unspool and bottom panel to slightly buckle...they came right out the next day no questions asked and repaired my door so it worked like new and 2 wks later came out and replaced the slightly buckled bottom panel...thanks for the expert service Brandon !

The main tension spring snapped on my garage door over the weekend and about scared me to death with the huge bang! Due to prior commitments, I was unable to schedule a repair appointment until Tuesday morning. The appointment was scheduled the 9am-11am window with the promise of a call before the technician arrived. Had a call at 9.35 saying that they were about 10 minutes away, and sure enough, 10 minutes later he arrived. Our technician Brandon was polite and courteous, answering any and all questions I had for him. He explained what he was doing and installed a much better spring that had originally been there. Fast, professional, affordable and ZERO mess left behind. All in all a 5 star service, and I would have no problem recommending their services to anyone.

I had used this company before for garage door repairs at my home and rental in Hughson and was very satisfied with the service. But yesterday these folks really went out of their way to assist me. Brandon came this morning and diagnosed my unresponsive garage door opener. It could be fixed, but I chose to get a new one. What an amazing young man. He removed the old one, and set up the new one is short order. He programed the new door openers and set up the outside code operation. He then check that all was running, lubricated the rollers, and cleaned up all the material that he removed. The new opener works like a charm and is hundred percent quieter than the old one. Brandon was efficient, obviously well versed in installation, and very nice. I can't recommend this company high enough. They will be my go to company for any garage door issues. I picked this company based on the yelp reviews and was not disappointed. They came out quickly and gave me a few options on my door. A quick fix or a full door replacement. I decided it was time and opted for the full door. The owner was very informative and never pushy like he was selling something I needed that minute. On my scheduled replacement day they called and said the needed to reschedule to another day. Unfortunately due to work it wasn't possible to reschedule. They called back only a few minutes later and said the owner was coming personally to install the door that day. Very professional company to deal with I will use them again for sure. My spring broke on the garage door in the morning and I called this company and were able to get someone out that day before noon to fix my door. Should of posted this awhile ago since it's been a little over a year since they did work for us. Our openers belt had broken and we had called in our home warranty company. The company they sent in said it was installed wrong which is what cause damage to the belt. The home warranty company told us they would not fix it so we called the company that had done the estimate to them and they never called us back. Looked on yelp and found these guys. They came out the very next day, and were able to get it all fixed up for way cheaper than the warranty provided company had quoted. We will call these guys now anytime we have an issue or just need something done with our door.

This is for a property at mountain house, near Tracy. The garage door spring was broken, and the operator bracket was ripped off from the garage door. When the contractor sent by Home Warranty showed up, he waked up the tenant at 6:30 am, and quoted $1500 to replace the door. He collected $75 without doing anything except pushing the door up for the tenant to get the car out. So I had to talk to my sale representative to report the matter. The home warranty company initially told me my situation was not covered, but agreed that I can find my own contractor as long as the repair details are documented. I found 3 garage door service companies, all responded but A-dependable was the one who actually called me back to set up an appointment. Very nice and accommodating lady! I gave my tenant the contact number so they can set the time. Two days later, I called A-dependable what was the quote. I learned that it was fixed! Perhaps my tenant authorized the repair without my permission. I asked for the invoice, and it turned out the cost was very reasonable. The technician charged only the spring repair cost, and repaired the operator bracket free of charge. I did not have a chance to meet the technician nor the owner, but I have to say this company has the integrity in doing business, and I will recommend the company to everyone in nearby cities.

I had my garage door and opener replaced by A- Dependable. Adrian was on time and did a wonderful job on replacing the new door and hauling the old. This is the 2nd time I've had these guys come out to fix my garage. Both times were to replace the springs. I probably should have replaced both the first time but I didn't oh well. My garage door jammed up and broke itself in a number of ways. They were able to get out the next morning and Chad fixed the heck out of that thing quickly, efficiently and for a very reasonable price. I think this was Brandon from Manteca that came out and fixed my garage door in 30 minutes. Excellent and fast service. Replaced both the springs and had it done quickly on a rather hot day in Tracy. Price for the work was reasonable and worth it. Attempting a do DIY repair dealing with large springs with tension on them is a good way to get a serious injury. Call these guys and relax.

What great customer service. Left a VM on a Sat morning that was promptly returned. Was given a 2 hour window which was honored. Was told tech would call me a 1/2 hour before he arrived which he did. I rarely write reviews, that being said I want to give credit and thanks to "Dependable overhead doors". Over the holiday weekend ours went out. I placed a couple of calls hoping to hear back on Tuesday. However Ethan called right away, came to evaluate within an hour and presented me with options. We decided on an upgraded system and would wait until Tuesday. Chad showed up,and in no time changed out the whole system to a great upgraded version. He then proceeded to adjust the door, even correcting installation flaws to make it smooth and safe. This is a quality company with a trained and competent crew. We've now used them twice. Once about six years ago when they replaced an old garage door opener that was constantly breaking, and once this week when the new one stopped working. The chain on our garage door opener snapped, and we figured it was time to replace the opener after many years of use. We decided to go with a new jackshaft wall-mounted opener since we couldn't get our door all the way open in the past. They quoted a great price so we went with them. Scheduling was easy, and they arrived pretty early in the quoted 2-hour window of time. Tech Chad showed up with the owner Chris, and they got to work pretty quickly. Everything went smoothly, and I was happy that they didn't push a lot of unnecessary upgrades... they only suggested new rollers for the door, and I knew that was long overdue anyway. THIS IS IT.....YOU'VE FOUND THE BEST..... We have a detached garage with a huge sliding garage door. You would have to slide it over, back out the car, then slide it back & I'm old. Had A dependable overhead door replace a solid wood garage door. I received three different bids from other 5* rated companies and they were by far the most competitive. Instead of nickel and dime-ing every extra I wanted, they simply took care of it. While my garage door did incur some extra cost due to the features, it was considerably less of a hassle with A dependable overhead door.

5/02/2015 I called Chris (Owner) and informed him that I had my garage door panel at the bottom was splitting between the seams and not closing all the way correctly. By the way, I have used this company before which installed a garage door opener in my home. Chris had Ryan who was very professional and friendly come out that same day. I had side rollers installed and the price was very reasonable compare to some local garage businesses here in Lodi. I was really impressed with this company cause it is run with competent, friendly staff who are focused on servicing installing, and repairing all garage doors and openers with the highest degree of customer satisfaction and fair pricing. I am convinced with this type of service Chris and his company will be around for a long time.

I originally contacted them on Yelp to give me an estimate for a garage door tuneup. The price was pretty reasonable. They did what they could to work around my difficult schedule and were able to show up at 8am on a Saturday morning. They were on time, quickly troubleshot that the doors wheels needed to be replaced. Ended up costing me $138 total which seemed fair even though the entire visit only took 25 mins. (Because he worked very fast) I'll use them again if I have any issues.

I don't write many reviews on Yelp; only when I truly have an exceptional experience. And this was one of them. Luke is the main person from the company I worked with, and he's hands down one of my favorite professionals. He was responsive, organized, etc. And he has an amazingly positive attitude, with a strong desire to problem solve. We're turning our garage into a bedroom cottage, and wanted to install a glass garage door. And we wanted to install a jackshaft opener (which is really small and to the side, instead of a big motor in the middle of the garage ceiling); Luke was so excited to figure out how to do this, and problem solved with our general contractor until he found a solution. It was awesome. Love these guys and will refer them to as many people as I can.

Awesome service!! I called last Thursday morning to get an appointment as my garage door opener was broken. They scheduled an appointment that same day between 12-2. Luke arrived at about 12:30. I was thinking he was just going to look and give me an estimate since the spring was broken and had to be replaced. Well he said both springs needed to be replaced and that he could do it then. Within 30 minutes they were installed and all was good again!! Can't get much better than that!!

When our garage door failed to close, we called a local business which never returned our call. So we called A-dependable overhead door co. . Which returned our call within 5 mins and told us he would be at our house within 15 to 30 mins. When Luke, the repairman, showed up he explained what the problem was and proceeded to fix it. They named their company right - A-Dependable. Called about 9am and scheduled same day Saturday appt. at 11am. Within 1 1/2 I had 2 new garage openers, 2 new springs, and working garage doors!!!! In addition, we lucked out with getting Cotton to answer our distress call. He went above the call of duty in helping our family. He is great representative of the company and believe him to be an awesome Dad - and we wish him and his family well.

Torsion spring broke on my two-car garage insulated garage door a few days ago. Last evening, I attempted a DIY replacement of the springs but used the incorrect weight. As I finished, I manually tested the door and it got stuck in the up position. I ended up causing more damage in my attempt to bring it back down. The extent of the damage: top section of the door went off-track, several bent hinge brackets, severely warped and bent tracks, not to mention the incorrect springs I had installed. Early this morning I searched for a repair company that was open on a Saturday and found this company. I called around 830 am and spoke to Luke about the details of the damage. Three hours later, Cotton, whom Luke scheduled to arrive between 1130 and 130, arrived promptly at 1130. By 1230, he had fixed everything; and the quality of his work was impeccable! Our garage door now works even smoother than when it was newly installed. On top of that, the cost of repair was also very competitive based on the research I conducted prior to attempting my own repair. Bottom line, this company is definitely dependable, efficient, high quality, professional, at a very competitive price.

I had Lee from A-Dependable Overhead Door Co. stop by to do some work on my garage and fixed the problem. He was very friendly and had great customer service. I would definitely use their service again.

First call was to Sears, was on hold a long time, so I spent that time here on Yelp, which in turn made me decide against them, Then I saw this place and they sounded very reliable.I believe it was Luke who came by and gave me an estimate. I thought it would end there and I would have to make an appointment for another time. Instead, he asked if I wanted to do it, I said yes, and he did it then. Called Chris, the owner, at 9am in the morning to schedule a broken spring repair on my garage. By 10:45am, Luke was repairing my garage door. Luke was friendly and wonderful to work with, and he did a wonderful, efficient job. When your garage door needs repair, all you can ask for is a good, experienced garage door technician to do two things. 1) Show up on time, and 2) Fix your door. Why was my garage door left half-open all night Sunday? Because Door Mart Garage Doors aka Service Pro Garage Door never showed up as they said they would. No phone call, no show. Although advertised as a 24-hr. service, they just didn't feel like coming out Sunday night. Had they just told me the truth, I would have understood and called another company. But nooooooo...... WOW....I just have to say, I called these guys up about 1130 am and they were out at 1pm to replace my springs. Little did the technician know,(i think his name was Luke) I used to be a garage door technician for about 6 years and worked for 2 different companies. He pointed out things on my door that i would have not noticed,(hate to say) but i have never seen somebody so fast and efficient as this guy. I would have loved to work for a company like this. My wife didn't let the garage door open all the way and she drove in with the SUV. It knocked the bottom panel off the guide, messed up the pulley, and bent the garage door. I called A-Dependable at 8:30am and said they'd have someone out between 1000-1200. Based on what I told them on the phone he said it sounds like they'd be able to fix it for approx. $175. Sure enough Louise (the repairman) was at my place at 1100 (and I live 25 miles away from their office). He looked at it and said it could be fixed for $125. He was done within 30min. Louise was very professional and went above and beyond just fixing the door. He told me ways to make the garage door quieter when I open and close it. He showed me how to change the rollers, and showed me the best rollers to replace it with. He even lubed the chain, which made the garage instantly quieter. Then he gave me a $10 discount so at the end it came out to $115. Great service and very professional. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks.

I had a broken garage door and called A-Dependable Overhead Door to do the repair. They examined the broken panel but couldn't find the manufacture, and offered to install a new door. They have new door in stock and the price including installation is cheaper than just the door itself at another popular big store so I went ahead with it. They came just a couple of days later and installed it without needing to bother me. The new door looked great and worked great. So professional and efficient! I am so happy I didn't order from the other store which let me wait for 4 weeks for the special order. Definitely a nice surprise.

About two years ago as we were leaving for an important meeting our garage door came down on our car. No damage to our car other than paint scratches near the roof. Not only did the tech (luke) fix it fast, and at a great price, he recommended me getting new nylon wheels that made a HUGE difference on how my door worked and sounded! I will recommend these guys to anybody that needs their door fixed!

One of the springs to operate my garage door snapped on Thursday night (10-6-2011). In the morning, I began calling some local Garage Door repairmen to get some prices to have my door fixed. When I reached A-Dependable, I spoke with the owner Chris who was friendly and to the point. I was quoted the lowest price I had come across and promised a repairman at my house the next day between a two hour window. Friday arrived and shortly after the time I was quoted I received a call from the repairman with A-Dependable. The guy said he'd be at my place with ten minutes and he was. After his arrival, he offered to repair the second spring on my garage door for an additional $45 bucks (total cost $170 parts & labor included), which was still under anyone Else's price in the area. I also received a three year warranty on the work and parts. A-Dependable Door company, you guys rock!
